Our name reveals a great deal of who we are. Synonyms of "Ardent" include passionate or fervent. We are a team of people who are compassionate about caring for the needs of others, especially seniors. We are a Christian-owned agency dedicated to honoring those we assist. Serving the elderly and their families is not just a job; it is a calling. We care for our patients 24/7, and we provide home care in Bloomingdale, Illinois, to help them live a healthy and happy life. We are proud of our team of caregivers, and we are careful to hire only the best. Many on our team are Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), while we require all of our caregivers to have two years of experience or more. We seek individuals who have a heart for the elderly. We also search for those who have integrity and who are respectful of seniors. We provide initial and ongoing training for them. Our Case Managers are also skilled at matching our caregivers to the needs and personality of our individual clients. If for some reason an individual caregiver is not a good fit for your loved one, we will replace the caregiver with someone else.
Although we have a culturally diverse team of caregivers, a good majority of our staff are Filipino. Inherent within their culture is the desire to respect and serve the elderly. We take good care of our caregivers because we believe that "A happy caregiver results in a satisfied and happy client."
